Invoice Settings
Configure company information and customize invoice templates for your business.
Company Information

Enter your company details that will appear on invoices.
Company Details
- Company Name: Your business name as it appears on invoices
- Tax Number (ABN): Your tax registration number (e.g., ABN, VAT Number, EIN)
- Company Slogan: Optional marketing slogan to display on invoices
- Company Phone: Business phone number for customer contact
- Company Email: Business email address for correspondence
- Company Website: Business website URL
Billing Address
Configure your business address that appears on invoices:
- Address: Street address of your business
- City: City name
- State: Select state (requires country selection first)
- Country: Select country from dropdown list
- Postal Code: ZIP or postal code
Note: You must select a country before the state dropdown becomes available.
Saving Company Information
Click Save Company Settings to apply your company information. This data will immediately be available for use in invoice generation.
Invoice Template

Customize the appearance and format of your invoices.
Generic Template
Download Template
- Click Download Generic Template to get the standard invoice template
- Use this as a starting point for creating your custom template
- The generic template includes all required fields and replacement tokens
Current Custom Template
This section shows the status of any uploaded custom template:
- Initially displays "You have not uploaded a custom invoice template yet"
- After upload, shows information about your current custom template
- Indicates when the template was last updated
Upload Custom Template
Template Requirements
- File format must be Word document (.docx)
- Must include proper replacement tokens for dynamic content
- Should follow the format structure shown in the generic template
Upload Process
- Click Choose File to select your custom template
- Select a .docx file from your computer
- Click Upload Template to apply the new template
- The new template will replace any existing custom template
Important Notes
- Template should be a Word document (.docx) file with proper replacement tokens
- Download the generic template first to see the required format
- Custom templates will replace the current template if one exists
- Test your custom template after upload to ensure proper formatting
Template Tokens
When creating custom templates, use the tokens shown in the generic template to insert dynamic content such as:
- Company information
- Customer details
- Order information
- Itemized charges
- Tax calculations
- Total amounts
Troubleshooting
Template Upload Issues
- Ensure file is in .docx format
- Check that file size is reasonable
- Verify template includes required tokens
- Download and review the generic template for reference
Missing Information on Invoices
- Verify company information is complete
- Check that all required fields have been filled
- Ensure custom template includes necessary tokens
- Test with sample invoices after making changes
